Day Of Coordination
Ranging from $1,000+
With this package, I will be your dedicated day-of point person. You will receive a detailed, personalized wedding-day timeline along with one hour of rehearsal assistance prior to the event.
On your wedding day, I take the lead on all day-of logistics, ensuring the timeline runs smoothly and eliminating stress so you can fully enjoy your celebration. This includes full wedding party support and management, vendor coordination and communication, and handling any unexpected issues that arise.
I also manage setup and décor, as well as tear-down and packing at the end of the event.

The Budget Friendly
Ranging from $2,500+
With this package you recieve 15 hours of planning time prior to your wedding and a dedicated day-of point person. You will receive two planning meetings (virtual or in person) to review details, answer questions, and ensure everything is on track leading up to your big day.
You will be provided a detailed, personalized wedding-day timeline and help to keep you organized and on schedule throughout the planning process. This package also includes one hour of rehearsal assistance to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared.

On your wedding day, there will be a full on-site coordinator, taking the lead on all day-of logistics and timeline management so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Also there will be complete wedding party support and management, including organizing the ceremony flow and managing grand entrances and exits.
Also the coordinator will oversee setup and décor, as well as tear-down of all items (if needed). Additionally, all vendor coordination and communication, troubleshooting any issues are ensured to be handled with seamless experience from start to finish.

The Signature
Ranging from $5,000+
This package includes all services from the Budget-Friendly package, along with expanded planning support and decor consultation with all access to decor rentals and on-site coverage for couples who want hands-on assistance throughout the planning process.
Provided is up to 30 hours of planning support, beginning as early as you need. This includes planning meetings one to two times per month, full vendor communication and organization, and access to all planning templates to keep every detail streamlined and stress-free.
I create a detailed master wedding-day timeline, along with specific timelines for the wedding party and family, ensuring everyone knows exactly where to be and when. This package also includes rehearsal attendance and consultation (up to 2 hours) to ensure a smooth and confident run-through before the big day.
On your wedding day, I provide 12–16 hours of on-site coordination, assisting with all day-of details and maintaining the timeline from start to finish. This includes setup and tear-down, as well as complete vendor coordination and communication throughout the event.
If needed, this package includes two coordinators to ensure seamless execution and full coverage of your wedding day.
